Terms of service

1. General

This agreement is made between [Name / company, Tax ID] (the “Provider”) and the user of G2U (the “Buyer”). By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms.

2. Subject

The Provider delivers in-game goods and performs in-game services (boosting, leveling) as described on the product page.

3. Payment and delivery

Services are provided after 100% prepayment. Delivery times on product pages are estimates.

4. Refunds

If the service is not provided, the Provider refunds the payment within [10] business days. Completed orders are not refundable.

5. Liability

The Buyer understands that some games’ rules may restrict trading in-game goods and third-party services. The Provider is not responsible for actions taken by game publishers.

6. Personal data

We store your email and contact only to fulfil your order and do not share them with third parties other than the payment provider.
