1. What is delivered
G2U listings concern digital gaming goods and services rather than physical parcels. The listing and the options confirmed in your order define the game, platform, server or region, quantity, scope and relevant requirements. Do not assume an item works in every region or game environment.
Read the listing and ask G2U Support about a material requirement before purchasing. We must provide what was described and agreed, subject to your mandatory rights.
2. Delivery channels
Fulfilment is coordinated through the order record and order chat. Depending on the listing, this can involve arranging an in-game transfer, providing instructions or digital access information in the order conversation, or performing an agreed gaming service. Staff can post messages and attach images or video, including delivery evidence.
The platform can record payment and status updates automatically. That is not a promise that an item, account or code will be issued automatically or instantly after checkout. Do not assume automated digital delivery unless it is expressly offered for the particular product.
When order email notifications are enabled, they can provide an order link or delivery notification. The email itself is not necessarily the item, and an order-creation email is not proof of payment. Use your account or private order link to inspect the current order and messages.
3. Timing and prerequisites
Use the delivery or service period stated in the listing and any specific commitment confirmed for your order. There is no universal instant-delivery guarantee. Fulfilment can depend on confirmed payment, accurate recipient details, required availability and completion of any agreed steps.
If a prerequisite is missing, tell support promptly and discuss its effect on timing. A dependency is not permission for unlimited delay. An essential agreed deadline and any remedies for delay under mandatory law remain effective.
4. Recipient details and access
Check the character or account identifier, server, region, platform and selected options before payment. If a detail is wrong, notify the order chat immediately; it may not be possible to change a transfer that has already occurred. Any responsibility or remedy depends on the facts and applicable law, rather than a blanket exclusion for every input error.
Do not send wallet private keys, recovery phrases or your G2U password. Provide game-account access only when it is expressly necessary for the listed service and you are authorised to do so. Keep your private order-access link confidential.
5. Checking delivery and order status
Review messages, instructions and evidence in the order. Where an in-game transfer is involved, check the relevant game account as well. Mark receipt only after checking the supplied goods or service.
An order may be marked delivered and later closed automatically after the configured confirmation period if no later customer message is recorded. A status or screenshot is evidence to review, not a conclusive decision that you received conforming goods. Automatic closure does not remove refund, defect or other mandatory consumer rights.
6. Delay, error or missing supply
If an order is late, incomplete, incorrect or unusable, write in the order chat or open G2U Support. Include the order number, relevant recipient details and a short description of what is missing. If you cannot access the original order, start a new support conversation and explain the access problem.
G2U Support handles clarification, completion and remedy requests directly. The Refund & Cancellation Policy covers non-delivery, faults and cancellation; it does not impose an absolute no-refund rule for delivered digital goods.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed digital content, services, refunds or cancellation. Mandatory law applicable to your purchase takes priority over a conflicting policy or listing.
