For privacy, a recovery response does not confirm whether an email has an account. Check spam and wait for the resend control before retrying. Use the newest message; codes and links can expire or be replaced.
Do not share a recovery link, verification code or password in chat. G2U cannot ask you to bypass verification or sign into your email inbox for us.
