Open G2U Wallet → Request Refund. Choose an eligible original order, enter the requested amount and reason, and choose one of the methods offered for that source.
Store Credit requires your explicit consent. A supported crypto request needs the correct currency, network and address. Unused top-up credit requested for a crypto refund may be reserved while the request is reviewed, reducing the spendable balance.
G2U reviews the request manually. Submission is not an automatic payout, and the requested amount cannot exceed the eligible source funds. If a source is missing or you need a different lawful refund method, contact support. Read the Refund Policy; mandatory rights are unaffected.
