G2U Wallet holds Store Credit for purchases from our store. It is separate from G2U Points and is not a bank account, cryptocurrency exchange or transfer service.
The Wallet displays your available balance and transaction history. Verified top-ups, balance payments and approved Store Credit refunds are recorded there. A payment page being opened or returned from is not a successful top-up.
There are no transfers between customers or automatic crypto withdrawals. Eligible refund requests are reviewed by G2U; see refunds of eligible funds.
