A Store Credit refund is a balance for purchases from G2U. It is not a compulsory substitute for a monetary refund. Your agreement to Store Credit must be explicit, and mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.
Open G2U Wallet → Request Refund, choose an eligible original order and select Store Credit if the form offers it. Review the amount and consent text before submitting. G2U must review the request before the balance is credited.
Not every source payment qualifies for this option. An unused top-up is not credited to the same Wallet a second time. Contact support if the source or option is missing.
